Lemon Date Chutney

A three-day-long process where the lemons and salt are left to soften for a night then hand crushed on a 'sil-batta' along with jaggery one day and with tamarind on the other. The end result is a mouth-watering chutney that has just the perfect consistency. If there is one thing you must try from our whole range, it has to be THIS!
