Ginger & Pepper Pickle
Ginger - the poor thing is never given it's standalone due. Always mixed with garlic or part of the various salads and curries, this is one of the underachieved health ingredient out there! I urge you to try this pickle, dedicated solely to this superfood. It is not only delicious, you will digest better and gain immunity (well, only if you have not already overdosed on the kadhas) too!
