Blue Pea Flower x Green Tea

Blue Tea is a caffeine-free herbal tea, or tisane, beverage made from a decoction or infusion of the Aparajita/Shankhpushpi/ Blue Pea flower petals. We thought, why don't we get this 'SUPER-TEA' a little more 'SUPERIORI-TEA' by merging it with another must- have in the tea box - The GREEN TEA!

Now it's double the anti-oxidants, double the prettiness and so much more! 

HOW TO BREW

01. Measure 2 tsp of Prana Superfoods Blue Pea Flower tea for each cup and add to the teapot

02. Boil fresh water in a kettle and add to the teapot.

03. Let  it steep for 3-5 minutes.

04. Add your choice of sweetener (optional) 

 PRO TIP : Add lemon to see it change color!

Other Uses : Use the brewed tea to add colors to idli, momos, desserts, drinks.
